Robbie Kimbrough

Robbie has been part of the recruiting and therapy staffing world since 2010 and joined Elevation Healthcare in 2013, bringing a passion for helping therapists find roles that align with their personal, professional, and financial goals. He builds strong relationships with both our therapy professionals and partner school districts, grounded in trust, open communication, and genuine care.

Outside of work, Robbie is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys adventures with his family and his dog, Mallie, a frequent office companion. He also dedicates time to leadership and mentorship, serving as an advisor and accredited facilitator for his fraternity’s development programs. Robbie’s approach blends professional expertise with a personal touch, ensuring every placement is a successful and meaningful match.
