Will Denney

Will is a dedicated recruiter at Elevation Healthcare, bringing a passion for connecting special education professionals with the school districts that need them most. Since joining the team in July 2023, he has focused on creating meaningful matches that benefit both educators and students. A graduate of the College of Charleston, Will combines his knowledge of the local education landscape with a personal commitment to supporting professionals in their career journeys. He values clear communication, trust, and long-term relationships, helping each therapist feel seen, supported, and set up for success.

Outside of work, Will’s energy extends beyond the office. He has a love for vintage clothing, cheering on Georgia football, sailing, scuba diving, and soaking up the sun at the beach. He also enjoys exploring new destinations and discovering unique dining experiences. His black lab, Chet, is a constant companion, often bringing a little extra joy and life to the workplace.
