Stan founded Elevation Healthcare in 2006 with a clear mission: to create a staffing agency where healthcare professionals feel supported, valued, and empowered. Recognizing a gap in the school-based staffing industry, he focused on building genuine relationships—not just filling roles—ensuring every employee has the resources, guidance, and respect they deserve while making a meaningful impact in schools.
